1. Shipments
Will I be informed about the time of delivery?
DPD always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. Is that day not convenient? No problem, you can still make changes up to 1 hour before delivery! You can change the time and address of delivery and pick up your package.
- Pick up your parcel from a Pickup Parcel Shop nearby,
- have it delivered on another day,
- have it delivered to another address or
- drop it off at a secure location.
On the day itself, you will be informed by e-mail or text message about the 1-hour period during which your package will arrive.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbor. Is he or she not at home either? Then your package will be taken to a Pickup Parcel Shop near you. This way you will have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you want to pick it up.
The DPD driver will leave a notice in your mailbox stating the address of the Pickup Parcel Shop and the time from when you can pick up the parcel. You will also receive an email notification from DPD when the package has arrived at the Pickup parcel shop.
Please bring your ID with you when you go to pick up your package. You will have 7 days to pick it up, then it will be returned to sender.

Can I track my package?
Yes, you can check the status of your package at www.dpd.be. All you need is the 14-digit package number.
What is a Pickup parcelshop?
A Pickup parcel shop is a location for shipping and picking up packages. When you choose delivery at a Pickup parcelshop, you choose the security of being able to pick up your package at your convenience thanks to the flexible opening hours. All Pickup parcel shops are open at least from Tuesday to Saturday. With 1600 Pickup parcel shops in the Benelux, we are always nearby. Discover your nearest Pickup parcel shop.

How should I use Green Clean®?
Apply Green Clean® undiluted (pure) and evenly with a sprayer or soft brush on a dry substrate both after the treatment and after 48 hours of dry weather, in order to obtain maximum effect of the product. In case of strong moss growth, remove the browned moss after a few days and repeat the treatment if necessary. If desired, brush or rinse off the brown moss after a few days. Clean material copiously with water after using Green Clean®.
Ideal outdoor temperature: 15 – 22 °C
Spreading capacity: 8-10 m²/liter
Only permitted for algae, moss, green deposit, and mildew removal, such as paint system application.
How should I use BM Silico Protex®?
Ready-to-use solution. First remove dirt and moss growth, possibly with Green Clean® so that the surface to be treated is very clean. The materials must not show any salt deposits. Repair openings and cracks and allow these repairs to age for 3 weeks before treating. Do any painting before treatment. For good penetration, the substrate must not be damp. Apply with sprayer, soft brush or roller until saturated.
Absolutely protect blue stone, windows & frames from splashes. Clean used material immediately with White-Spirit.
