1. Shipments
Will I be informed about the time of delivery?
DPD always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. Is that day not convenient? No problem, you can still make changes up to 1 hour before delivery! You can change the time and address of delivery and pick up your package.

On the day itself, you will be informed by e-mail or text message about the 1-hour period during which your package will arrive.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
No problem. Your package will be delivered to your neighbor. Is he or she not at home either? Then your package will be taken to a Pickup Parcel Shop near you. This way you will have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you want to pick it up.
The DPD driver will leave a notice in your mailbox stating the address of the Pickup Parcel Shop and the time from when you can pick up the parcel. You will also receive an email notification from DPD when the package has arrived at the Pickup parcel shop.
Please bring your ID with you when you go to pick up your package. You will have 7 days to pick it up, then it will be returned to sender.

Can I track my package?
Yes, you can check the status of your package at www.dpd.be. All you need is the 14-digit package number.
What is a Pickup parcelshop?
A Pickup parcel shop is a location for shipping and picking up packages. When you choose delivery at a Pickup parcelshop, you choose the security of being able to pick up your package at your convenience thanks to the flexible opening hours. All Pickup parcel shops are open at least from Tuesday to Saturday. With 1600 Pickup parcel shops in the Benelux, we are always nearby. Discover your nearest Pickup parcel shop.

How do I remove moss and green deposits from my driveway or terrace with Green Clean®?
Green Clean should be used undiluted – 1 L per 8 to 10 m² – and can be applied using a sprayer / low-pressure sprayer (such as a backpack sprayer) or with a soft brush, when the surface is completely dry and no rain is expected within the next 48 hours.
It is best used at a temperature between 15°C and 22°C.
After application, no further action is required: scrubbing or pressure washing is unnecessary.
Within a few days, the moss and green deposits disappear naturally, leaving your driveway, façade, roof or terrace clean for months.
What is the best product to remove moss from grass or lawns?
To remove moss from your grass or lawn, the most effective product is Grass Cleaner® by BM Chemie.
The product eliminates moss growth in the lawn without damaging the grass. If desired, the lawn can already be scarified after half a day.
Grass Cleaner® also acts as a foliar fertilizer, making your lawn beautifully green and eliminating the need for additional fertilization during the first few months.
What else do I need besides Green Clean®?
Besides Green Clean®, you only need a sprayer / low-pressure sprayer or a soft brush to apply the product evenly.
A scrubbing brush or pressure washer is not required.

How do I remove filamentous algae and suspended algae from my pond?
How much Green Clean® do I need per square meter?
With 1 litre of Green Clean®, you can clean an average of 8 to 10 m² of green deposits on terraces, paving stones, roofs, driveways or walls.
Does Green Clean® work on concrete or wood?
How can I prevent moss and algae from coming back?
After cleaning, apply a follow-up treatment with Green Clean® or BM-Silico-Protex.
These products protect the surface for a long time and help prevent the regrowth of moss and algae.
Regular maintenance will also keep your terrace or roof free from deposits for longer.
Is Green Clean® safe for children and pets?
Once Green Clean® has completely dried, children and pets may walk on the treated surface again.
Avoid eye and skin contact during application.
