General Terms and Conditions

Invoices from BM Chemie (VAT number: BE0779155072) are payable immediately or before the stated due date.

If payment is not made on time, interest at 8% per annum shall be payable by operation of law and without notice of default until the date of full payment. A fixed compensation of 10% of the principal amount will also be due, with a minimum of 50 EUR.

As of delivery, the customer bears responsibility for the products.

The parties expressly agree that products may be dropped off at the customer’s home or registered office in his absence.

Any disputes relating to BM Chemie’s products shall be settled exclusively by the Justice of the Peace in Vilvoorde or the Commercial Court, First Instance in Mechelen.
