Shipping – Payment – Returns

1. Shipments

From €78,00 FREE delivery in Belgium

• DPD Pickup point near you (max; 20kg) : your parcel will remain available at the pickup point for 7 days – if you do not pick up your parcel on time, a €5,00 return fee is charged.
• DPD delivery at home or office : We ship your package to the specified delivery address. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

2. Delivery

As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered the next working day.

DPD always informs you in advance about the day of delivery of your package. Is that day not convenient? No problem, you can make changes up to 30 minutes before delivery! You can change the time and address of delivery and pick up your package

• Pick it up at a DPD Pickup Parcel Shop nearby,
• have it delivered on another day,
• have it delivered to another address or
• drop it off at a secure location.

On the day itself, you will be informed by e-mail or text message about the 1-hour period during which your package will arrive. Be sure to check your junk mail as well.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

No problem. DPD will try to deliver the package to your neighbor. Is he or she not at home either? Then your package will be taken to a Pickup Parcel Shop near you. This way you will have your package in your possession as soon as possible and you decide when you will pick it up. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the Pickup Parcel Shop, a new delivery attempt will be made the next working day.

3. Payments

You can pay easily, quickly and securely via:

• By credit card through Paypal (VISA/Mastercard)
• Bancontact
• iDEAL (only for the Netherlands)
• By invoice (this payment option is only possible for companies with a valid VAT Number, Urban & Municipal Authorities, Public Companies and liberal professions. Invoices from BM Chemie are payable immediately or before the indicated due date).

No fees are charged for any payment method.

4. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied, you can easily return the product via a DPD Pickup parcel shop near you (unused condition and in original packaging). Canisters of 25L cannot be returned. We try to keep our carbon footprint low so please do not return packages unnecessarily. The cost is €10.00. This will be deducted from the refund.

How to proceed:

1. Report your return via info@bmchemie.be stating your name, order number and reason for return.
   
2. You will then receive a DPD return label. Return the product unused in its original packaging, stating your name and order number (example #106871).
3. Pack the product in the original box stating your name and order number.
4. Attach the return label to the box and drop them off at a DPD Pickup parcel shop.

5. Delivery time

We try to ship all orders within 1 to 3 days. The delivery can always be followed via the Track & Trace of DPD.
