BM-Silico-Protex is a dirt and water repellent product

This dirt and water repellent product is ideally suited for stony materials such as clinker.

BM-Silico-Protex® makes stony materials such as brick, cement work, concrete, etc… dirt and water repellent, while preserving their breathability. This product is not suitable for bluestone. By keeping the materials dry, its fouling and green deposits are greatly delayed, the color and aspect of the materials are therefore preserved longer. Thus, you will also no longer suffer from frost damage.

The ideal outdoor temperature for applying this product is 15 to 22°C.

BM-Silico-Protex® can be perfectly combined with our other products such as Green Clean®.

Apply undiluted (pure) and evenly with a sprayer or soft brush on a dry surface both after treatment. Dry weather up to 24h after treatment. The ideal outdoor temperature for applying this product is 15 to 22°C. Ready-to-use solution. First remove dirt and moss growth, possibly with Green Clean® so that the surface to be treated is very clean. The materials must not show any salt deposits. Repair openings and cracks and allow these repairs to age for 3 weeks before treating. Do any painting before treatment. For good penetration, the substrate must not be damp. Apply with sprayer, soft brush or roller until saturated.

Spreading rate: 2-7m²/liter depending on porosity of substrate.

Absolutely protect blue stone, windows & frames from splashes. Clean material immediately with White-Spirit.
